Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. All subscription orders include free shipping every month.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it from your account at any time.

All of our coffees are single-origin and sourced directly from small-farm cooperatives across Latin America — including Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Brazil. We visit our farms and pay above fair-trade prices.

Every bag is roasted to order — meaning we don't roast until you place your order. Your coffee ships within 48 hours of roasting at peak freshness.

We offer Light, Medium, and Dark roasts depending on the origin. Each product page shows the roast level and tasting notes so you can find your perfect cup.

Yes. Each product is available as whole bean or ground. If ordering ground, select your preferred grind size at checkout (drip, espresso, French press, etc.).

Some of our origins are grown using organic practices, though not all are certified. Each product page includes full sourcing details. We prioritize relationships with farmers who use sustainable, responsible methods.

Choose your plan (Una Taza, Dos Mundos, or Colección Completa), select your origin, and we'll roast and ship fresh coffee to your door every month. You can manage everything from your account.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Just log into your account and manage your subscription — or email us and we'll handle it for you.

Yes. Going on vacation or have enough coffee? Pause your subscription with one click from your account and resume whenever you're ready.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or swap your origin at any time before your next billing date directly from your account portal.

Your subscription renews and ships on the same date each month as your original order. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before it ships.

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

We stand behind every bag. If something tastes off or you received the wrong product, email us at info@cafeconlecheconamor.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
