Our Freshness Guarantee

Every bag of Café con Leche is roasted to order and backed by our freshness guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your coffee for any reason, we want to make it right.

Return Policy

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your coffee arrived in poor condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your package was lost in transit
  • The product quality did not meet our standards

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@cafeconlecheconamor.com with the following:

1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A photo of the product if applicable

We'll respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged, we will process a refund for that renewal if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
