Shipping Policy

All orders are roasted fresh to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for roasting and processing before your order ships.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight: Next business day

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. All subscription orders automatically include free shipping every month, no minimum required.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time from your account page.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional shipping time and cost.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@cafeconlecheconamor.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we will resolve it promptly.
