About Us
Café Con Leche began on April 27, 2020 out of our two-bedroom apartment in Redwood City, during the pandemic. We conducted business a little over two months before we move to beautiful San Benito County.
On May 14, 2022 we celebrated the milestone of our grand opening alongside our beautiful family and the support of our community.
On February 20, 2021 We open our mobile coffee bar in Hollister Ca, on Highway 25.
Now after three years in business we are happy to announce that with our values and high quality service we continue to grow and expand.
We are now transitioning to a much bigger space in the heart of Downtown Hollister, making it convenient for those who work in the area to stop by for a bite on the go, meet up, or have the option to relax on the outdoor patio.
Café Con Leche is a family own café known for delicious craft coffee and fresh pastries. The café has become a popular destination for both tourist and locals alike, the coffee is known for being fresh and there's something for everyone. We're a small-batch coffee roasting company and at Café Con Leche we take Coffee Roasting seriously. Specializing in 100% fair-trade arabica beans, we believe that great coffee starts with great beans which is why we source the highest quality coffee beans. We also have wholesale options that can be shipped right to your door.
